WPMint is a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, providing WordPress maintenance, security, and support services, as described at wpmint.co.uk. Contact: hello@wpmint.co.uk.
WPMint offers monthly WordPress care plans (Essential, Professional, Mint Condition) and one-off services (including malware removal, SEO review, and Google Analytics setup), as described on our Plans and One-off Help pages. Exact scope, price, and any included support hours are as set out on this site or in a quote sent to you directly.
To deliver our services, we'll usually need appropriate access to your WordPress site and hosting account. You're responsible for making sure you're entitled to grant us that access, and for the accuracy of any information you give us (for example, during a site audit).
We take reasonable care to protect, back up, and maintain your site, but we utilise and rely upon third-party services, software, plugins, themes, and hosting infrastructure to deliver our maintenance services. We have no control over, and accept no liability for, any downtime, errors, security breaches, data loss, or failures caused directly or indirectly by third-party hosting providers, plugin/theme developers, or core WordPress updates. Our services are provided on a reasonable-skill-and-care basis, and any support response times apply solely to our immediate actions, not as an absolute guarantee of third-party uptime or software reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services (whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise) shall be limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £500, whichever is greater. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, lost revenue, data loss, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
Either party may cancel an ongoing care plan at any time, effective from the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or end services if payment is not received, or if we reasonably believe continuing to provide the service isn't appropriate.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@wpmint.co.uk. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
